OVERVIEW This website is operated by Doghaus. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Doghaus. Doghaus offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion.
SECTION 2 - ACCESS AND ELIGIBILITY By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or territory of residence. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
SECTION 3 - PRODUCTS AND PRICING

Accuracy: We attempt to be as accurate as possible with product images and colorus. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Dropshipping Disclosure: You acknowledge that Doghaus utilises international fulfilment partners. Products may be dispatched from overseas locations directly to your Australian address.

Price: All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND IMPORTATION When you order from Doghaus, you are the "Importer of Record."

Customs: You are responsible for ensuring the product can be lawfully imported to Australia. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the Australian Border Force or ATO.

Delivery: Delivery times are estimates only. Under the ACL, we must supply the goods within a reasonable time. If a significant delay occurs, you may be entitled to a remedy.
SECTION 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Doghaus or its content suppliers and protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not use our intellectual property for any commercial purpose without express written consent.
SECTION 6 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the extent permitted by law (and subject to the Australian Consumer Law guarantees mentioned in Section 1), Doghaus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services or products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
SECTION 7 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia [or your specific State/Territory]. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or Territory.
