Refund policy

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Consumer Guarantees (Faulty or Damaged Items)

If a product you purchase from Doghaus is faulty, damaged, or does not match the description provided, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at doghaus.stores@gmail.com with photos of the issue.

  • If the item is confirmed to be faulty, we will cover the cost of return shipping or provide a full refund without requiring a return.

14-Day Change of Mind Policy

We offer a 14-day return window for customers who change their mind. To be eligible:

  • The item must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • You must provide proof of purchase.

  • Note: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with "Change of Mind" returns.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns for "Change of Mind" on:

  • Sale items or gift cards.

  • Personal care items (e.g., pet grooming products) for hygiene reasons.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Note: These items are still covered by our Consumer Guarantees if they arrive faulty.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
