How we ship At Doghaus, we work with international fulfillment partners to source the best products for your pets at the lowest prices. This means your order is sent directly from our suppliers in [List Countries, e.g., China/USA] to your door in Australia.
Delivery Times Because we ship internationally, delivery usually takes between 10–20 business days.

Processing: Once you place an order, it takes us 2–5 days to get it packed and out the door.

Tracking: As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Customs and Import Taxes When you buy from us, you are the importer of the goods. Most pet products don't run into issues, but please be aware that any import duties or local customs taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 business days, please reach out to us at doghaus.stores@gmail.com. If it’s lost in transit, we will send you a replacement for free or give you a full refund.
